Co-Host, Latent Space

Alessio is the co-host of Latent Space, the #1 AI Engineering podcast and community. He's also a Partner & CTO at Decibel, where he builds and invests in early stage startups in autonomous software and developer tools. Before Decibel, Alessio was the founder of an open hardware home automation startup and led engineering teams at early stage companies. He still codes (almost) every day and maintains a few open source projects.
